I just saw an ad for Vox on here. That doesn't seem right to me.

Still have drawing to do. Stupid stupid stupid fairy. So frustrated.

Been Nanoing like mad. Not so much today though. Slacking slacking slacking.

Still haven't finished C's fairy. :/ I almost did, and then I did the colours, and then I was just going to do the lineart overtop, and I left it for a few days and when I came back to it, I was like "...This sucks." So now I'm all frustrated over it.

Nano is coming. I think I know what I'm writing, I just wish I had more 'plot' for it. It's just sitting there all dethroned princes and pirates, not really doing anything. Ah well. That and if I know what's good for me, I'll do it in 19 days, so as to finish it before I start training at work. :/ Unlikely, but we'll see.

Still have that art meme to finish. I am stumped. Bleh.

Long time no DevArt for me. (Well, that's not precisely true. I've been lurking a lot lately. But no posts or submissions.)

But I'm attempting to be back. Got a surprise commission request from the receptionist at the chiropractor's office. o.o; Basically the exchange went:

C: So how're you? Are you still drawing?
V: Not bad, looking for a job. And yeah, a bit...
C: Would you draw something for me?
V: *blinku* Yeah, sure...if you want...
C: *getting really excited* Will you draw me a fairy? I love fairies!
V: Yeah, sure ^-^
C: And I'll pay you!
V: Wha--?!
C: So don't hurry it or anything!

And then she's talking to my mom and explaining that her uncle died a few weeks ago and she wants this because she feels like she needs a little magic in her life. Yeah, no pressure.

So there's that, and then an LJ Art Meme that I decided to do as well, probably to kick myself into practice for this impromptu commission thing.
